We offer Fitness Kickboxing, MMA Striking, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!If you're looking to get in shape or stay in shape, Fitness Kickboxing is the way to go! This class burns tons of calories while building lean muscle. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for a hobby or even help stay in shape, its a full body workout and you get to learn how to protect yourself without having to throw a punch or kick! Our classes are Monday through Thursday starting at 5PM.Schedule:Fitness Kickboxing- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at 5pm and 6pm. Thursday at 5pm.MMA Striking- Monday and Wednesday at 7pm.Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- Monday and Wednesday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
