I understand the difficulty military service members find themselves in when they are stationed in Georgia and they are not familiar with this state's laws and criminal court procedures.I wrote "The Truth About Your Georgia Criminal Case" so that you can learn about GA Criminal Courts and their procedures in an easy to read and example filled book. I understand the sacrifice our military and their families make when serving our great nation, and I want them to be educated about the Georgia Criminal Courts.They should not be handicapped by a lack of knowledge or understanding of the criminal court process in GA. I appreciate your service to our country and hope you enjoy reading this book and find it both educational and informative.George is married and has two beautiful daughters, Alexandria and Madge. He and his family live in Willacoochee, Georgia conveniently located between his offices in Douglas and Valdosta, Georgia. George’s wife, Danielle, is the office manager for his law firm. George received a BA in History in 1992 from Valdosta State College. He received his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) from Mississippi College of Law in 1995. He is a former assistant district attorney, a member of the National College for DUI defense, the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and a former member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia. George is also a member of the Lawyer Foundation of Georgia, an honor limited to four percent of the lawyers in the state. George works tirelessly to educate the public about DUI & Criminal Defense issues. George is a nationally recognized author of the three #1 Best-Selling Books, “Protect & Defend” (2012), “The Authority on DUI Defense” (2013), “The Truth About you Georgia Criminal Case” (2017), and “After the Crash” (2018). He is also a movie producer, “Mi Casa Hogar” which is a documentary that tells the story of an orphanage in Acapulco, Mexico. The documentary won an “Emmy Award” in Miami, Florida in November of 2013 and the coveted “Telly Award” in March of 2014. George believes all of the awards and recognition the film received will be of great benefit to the children in the orphanage. Since 2010, George has concentrated on practicing in the areas of DUI / Criminal Defense and Serious Personal Injury cases. He practices in Georgia, with offices located in Douglas and Valdosta, Georgia.
