TRICARE is the Department of Defense’s managed health care program for military service members and their families. To enroll in TRICARE, please visit the Humana Military website at www.humanamilitary.com.

TRICARE Prime beneficiaries may be enrolled to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, a Soldier health clinic, a network health care provider or a community-based clinic near your residence. Active duty Soldiers are automatically enrolled in TRICARE Prime upon completion of the enrollment application.

TRICARE Prime is also open to active duty family members. TRICARE Prime beneficiaries receive their care at BACH, Byrd Combined Troop Medical Clinic, LaPointe Health Clinic, Aviation Health Clinic or the community-based medical home in Clarksville, Tennessee — the Screaming Eagle Medical Home.

Another great resource for TRICARE beneficiaries is TRICARE Online, available 24/7. After registering at TRICARE Online, patients may schedule routine appointments, update addresses and phone numbers, transfer TRICARE enrollment, refill and check the status of prescriptions, and update family information in DEERS. Visit www.TRICAREonline.com to register and access this great benefit.

New arrivals to Fort Campbell must register for TRICARE in this area to begin receiving health care.

Visit the Humana website to enroll in Fort Campbell’s assigned TRICARE region to receive health care. Also be sure to register at the Admissions and Dispositions desk, located on the second floor of Building C within the hospital. Schedule or Cancel Appointments

To schedule or cancel an appointment from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., contact the Call Center/Appointment Line at 270-798-4677 or 931-431-4677. From outside the local calling area call toll free 866-524-4677.

Please have the following information available when you call to make an appointment:

  1. Department of Defense (DOD) ID number or sponsor’s Social Security number
  2. Sponsor’s unit and work telephone number
  3. Names and birth dates of family members

Many appointments also may be made online at www.tricareonline.com. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call the appointment line and cancel as soon as possible. If you made your appointment using TRICARE Online, you can also cancel your appointment online. Canceling your appointment will enable another patient to receive medical care during your canceled appointment time. To cancel an appointment during Appointment Line hours, please contact the Appointment Line at one of the phone numbers listed above. To cancel an appointment after hours, please call 270-798-VOID and leave a message.
