The First Citizens Bank and Trust Co. offers automatic teller machines, auto loans, personal loans, checking accounts and complete banking services. The main office is located in Building 87 (an ATM facility) on Holcomb Boulevard and there is also a branch office at the Naval Hospital. Automated teller machines are located at the main Exchange, Tarawa Terrace and French Creek.

The main office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; military paydays until 6 p.m.; and Wednesday during non-payday weeks until 6 p.m.

The Marine Federal Credit Union services include savings programs, financial counseling and loans to credit union members, MAR-CHECK, high yield investment certificates, IRAs, VISA credit cards, automatic teller machines, safe deposit boxes and more.

The following are eligible to join MFCU: activeduty and retired military, Department of Defense civilian employees, non-appropriated fund employees at Camp Lejeune, paid employees at Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville City employees, Onslow County employees, Onslow Memorial Hospital employees, postal employees in Jacksonville, family members (by blood, marriage or adoption) of the preceding and organizations of the preceding.

In addition, members of the Navy Federal Credit Union can avail themselves of various financial services offered at three locations in the Jacksonville area. Member service centers are located at 302 Western Blvd., 201 Wilmington Highway and 2830 Piney Green Rd. Call (888) 842-6328 for hours of operation.

Lejeune provides developmentally appropriate, quality child care and recreational activities for children ages six weeks to 18 years of age. The program is comprised of Child Development Centers located on Mainside and Tarawa Terrace housing areas, Youth Pavilions in Tarawa Terrace housing and Mainside and family child care homes. All CYTP activities are a part of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program.
