Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) is the point of main effort in enhancing family readiness. MCFTB was created to institutionalize them into one overarching program within Marine Corps Community Services. The desired outcome of MCFTB is "ready families." In order to attain this, Marines and their families must be informed and more confident in dealing with the difficulties of Marine Corps living. During times of deployment or natural disasters, Marines and their family members should be aware of the services provided at each installation in order to deal with potential crises.
