NAVY EXCHANGE MALL
The Navy Exchange Mall is dedicated to providing active duty and retired military personnel and their dependents with quality goods and services at a savings. Profits from the Navy Exchange support Morale, Welfare and Recreations programs. The Navy Exchange Main Mall is located on Tomcat Boulevard just outside of the main gate and is open seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. For customer service, please call 425-4260.
JET MART
This retail facility offers convenience foods, beverages, personal care items, household items, movie rentals, a barbershop and laundry/dry cleaning drop off. A Subway is located here as well. The Jet Mart is on "E" Avenue next to the Bowling Center and is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Telephone: 425-4267.
AUTOPORT
There are two gasoline locations at NAS Oceana. The gas kiosk located in the parking lot of the NEX Main Mall includes a car wash and an E-85 pump. The Auto Port, located on "E" Avenue includes an automobile repair facility offering gasoline, oil, auto accessories, propane, full repair services, Budget truck and Hertz car rentals. State Inspection of vehicles is available. Store hours are: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Sunday, closed. For information, call 425 4284.
The gasoline islands at both locations are open seven days a week with daytime staffing at the main mall location. Credit card purchases are available 24 hours a day.
LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING AND TAILORING
The Laundry/Dry Cleaning Shop is located in Personalized Services at the NEX Main Mall (telephone: 425-4293) and at the Jet Mart (telephone: 425-4267) on base. Each location handles laundry and dry cleaning. Tailoring services are available in the Main Mall at the Uniform Shop (telephone: 425-4229).
BARBER SHOPS
There are two barbershops at NAS Oceana, one in the Main Mall (telephone: 425-4255) and one at the Jet Mart (telephone: 425-4209). Main Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jet Mart Barber Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and holidays closed.
BEAUTY SHOP
The Main Mall is home to a full service beauty shop. Hours are Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Monday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Manicure and pedicure service available Tuesday through Saturday. Call 425-4311 for an appointment; walk-ins are also welcome.
FOOD SERVICE
The Food Court at the NEX Main Mall includes Rice King, Subway, Dominic's of NY and Freshen's Smoothies. A Subway is also located at the Jet Mart. A full-size McDonalds restaurant is located on the air station at 5th and "D" Avenue.
PERSONALIZED SERVICES
The Personalized Services Center in the NEX Main Mall offers gift-wrapping, engraving, key making, embossing, Western Union, FedEx delivery and fax service. Personalized printing is available for announcements, invitations and business cards. Additionally, a large floral shop offers fresh flowers including flowers by wire, and wedding and funeral arrangements. Flower delivery is available on base and in Virginia Beach. PACKAGE STORE
The Consolidated Package Store is located next to the Main NEX and is open seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Package Store offers a full assortment of fine wines, spirits, beer and salty snacks. Kegs are available. Telephone: 425 4270.
RGB IMAGING AND PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES
The photo studio is located at the Jet Mart beside Subway on "E" Avenue. Services include, but are not limited to: full length, roster, family photos, re-enlistment, commissioning, change of command, retirement ceremonies and weddings. RGB Imaging is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with evenings, weekends and holidays by appointment. For more information on services and pricing, call 491 7676.
T-MOBILE SERVICES
A T-Mobile kiosk is located in the Main Store Food Court and is staffed Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 422-3973 for more information.
COMMISSARY
The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) operates a worldwide system of grocery stores that provide high quality food and household items at the lowest possible cost to military members, retirees and family members with proper identification cards.
The Oceana Commissary is located on Oceana Boulevard, and is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is also open some holidays. Info line: 422-9397, office: 428-2931.
