American Red Cross
The American Red Cross in San Diego County provides emergency assistance, information on sick or deceased family members and financial assistance. The Red Cross community center at Naval Medical Center San Diego can be reached at (619) 542-7400, and the Camp Pendleton center can be reached at (760) 725-6877. Contact the Red Cross main office at (858) 309-1200 for additional information.
Auto Service Center
The Automotive Service Center is located in Building 6214. The gas lanes are open for regular business seven days a week. The pumps are open 24 hours a day for credit card sales. The center's Auto Accessory Store is open seven days a week and can be reached at (858) 695-7254. The Auto Repair Shop is open Monday through Saturday and can be reached at (858) 695-7255. Pumps at the Annex Gas Station, Building 7498, are open 24 hours a day for credit card sales.
Building 2257 Complex
The Building 2257 Complex features the 7-Day Barber Shop, (858) 695-7387and Coles Fine Flooring, (858) 695-7286. The Complex is open seven days a week.
Car Wash
The Car Wash, Building 2761, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and features coin-operated vacuums and hot pressure sprayers. There is also a free bucket and hose car wash located across from the main car wash.
Child Care
The Child Development Center, located in Building 2740, provides weekly care for active duty military and Department of Defense civilian dependents between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. The center is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Due to a waiting list, advance application filing is required. For more information, call (858) 577-4144.
Additionally, the Child Development Home Program matches air station personnel with certified caregivers conveniently located aboard or close to Miramar. Due to a waiting list, advanced application filing is required. Commissary
The commissary is located in Building 2661 and serves active duty and retired service members and families. It is open Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Commissary also opens 30 minutes early every day for patrons with disabilities or small children. Credit Union
Navy Federal Credit Union is located in Building 2574 on the corner of Mitscher Way and Bauer Road. A NFCU ATM is also located at the Main Exchange plaza and the Flight Line Food Court. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The credit union is a full-service financial institution, serving military and civilian personnel. Services offered include checking and savings accounts, money orders, travelers' checks and notary services. Personal, auto and first and second mortgage loans are also available. Dining Facility
The Gonzales Dining Facility is located in Building 5500 and offers a full-service main line, fast-food line, deli bar, pasta/taco bar and a salad bar.

Lunch: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Dinner: 4 to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays
Brunch: 8 to 11 a.m.

Exchange
The Miramar Exchange Complex is located in Building 2660. The Exchange Complex is open seven days a week; Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The operator can be reached at (858) 695-7288 or Customer Service at (858) 695-7230.
Flight Line Complex
The Flight Line Complex is located in Building 8600 and contains a small retail store, barbershop, registration service and food court (Pizza & TossUP, Mein Bowl Asian Cuisine, Stateside Café Express, Simply to Go and Taco Bell Express). It is open Monday through Friday. The retail store can be reached at (858) 695-7289, the barber shop can be reached at (858) 695-7389 and Ana's Registration Service can be reached at (858) 695-7366. Human Resources Office (Civil Service)
The Human Resources Office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The HRO assists with resume building, offers employment opportunities in Civil Service recreational and service positions aboard the air station and provides federal job listings. Legal Assistance
The Joint Law Center provides help for a host of legal related issues, such as powers of attorney, last wills and testaments, living wills, notarizations, civil rights, consumer law, contracts, immigration/naturalization and real estate. Assistance with family law such as divorce/ separation, child support and guardianship is provided on a limited basis. The Joint Law Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It should be noted that certain services are offered at specific hours of days. Career Resource Center
CRC offers information and assistance to military service members, retirees, veterans, Department of Defense civilian employees and their family members in their career planning and job search. The center can be reached at (858) 577-6710.
Chaplain's Religions Enrichment
Development Operation
CREDO helps participants learn to relate more authentically with themselves and others while developing meaningful, satisfying lives. Personal growth retreats, spiritual growth retreats and marriage enrichment retreats are offered on a regular basis. Call (858) 577-1333 for more information.

Exceptional Family Member Program
The program assists families with a physical, emotional, developmental or learning-disabled member to ensure that adequate care and treatment are available. Call (858) 577-4668 for details.

Family Readiness Program

L.I.N.K.S.

New Parent Support Program

Retired Assistance Office

Relocation Assistance Program
RAP provides information and services for service members and their families when arriving to and departing from their current duty station. Services include welcome aboard packets, loan locker, workshops, booklets, debriefings and more. Call (858) 577-1428 for details.
Substance Abuse Counseling
The center provides assessment, treatment, education, social-skills building and referral services with the goal of preventing substance abuse problems and can be reached at (858) 577-6585.

Marine Mart Convenience Store
Marine Mart, located in Building 2499, is open seven days a week and can be reached at (858) 695-7293.
Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society
The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society office is located in Building 2273 and is open Monday through Friday, 8 to 4 p.m. NMCRS provides emergency assistance and financial assistance, as well as referral services. Volunteers can be reached by calling (858) 577-1807.
Post Offices
The full-service U.S. Post Office is located in Building 2257 and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. Contact the post office at (858) 577-4578. The Military Postal Facility is also located in Building 2257 and handles all official military mail. The facility is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Wednesday, 8 a.m. to noon and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon.
Military personnel residing aboard the air station receive mail through their work sections. Incoming personnel may contact units for correct mailing addresses prior to arrival. Each unit is provided with an individual box identified by a number-style address format. For more information, contact the Military Postal Facility at (858) 577-1329.
Religious Services
