Military and Family Support Center
The Military and Family Support Center (MFSC) is your one-stop location for information and assistance. We assist individuals, families and leadership with policy, programs and services which strengthen communities and promote self-sufficiency, mission readiness and adaptation to the Air Force way of life.

Our services are available to all active duty members and their families, Guard and Reserve members on active duty and their families, retired members and their families and DoD civilians.

We are located at 655 Vickers Ave. (Building 1105). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Call (808) 449-0300 for assessment and referral counseling, programs and services, and workshop information.

The Hickam AFRC offers the following services:

The purpose of the AFAS is to provide financial assistance with basic necessities such as food, rent, utilities, essential car repair, and medical/dental expenses not covered by TRICARE and emergency expenses resulting from a death or illness in the family. Assistance is provided as an interest-free loan, grant, or a combination. Also, the AFAS sponsors numerous community programs:
