Aloha! Welcome to Hawaii's first housing privatization project with the Air Force. This project involves more than 2,400 privatized homes for service members and families living on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (Hickam) and Bellows Air Force Station. The project will be managed for the next 50 years by Hickam Communities LLC (http://www.hickamcommunities.com).

Hickam is arguably the Air Force's most visible installation in the Pacific theater, home to the 15th Wing, the Pacific Air Command, and adjacent to the Honolulu International Airport.

Only a small percentage of Hawaii rental homes or apartments allow pets
Your daily commute to and from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam may be 30 minutes to 1.5 hours on average
You may not have an on-location Property Management staff
Off-base rents can be significantly higher than BAH payments
