On the installation, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) occupies more than 494,000 square feet within the hospital and an additional 274,000 square feet of medical facilities outside the main hospital.

BACH provides quality health care and outstanding customer service to more than 107,000 eligible active duty and retired Soldiers and their Family members. Many of BACH's patients come from within a 40-mile radius, mostly from the surrounding Clarksville, Tenn., Hopkinsville and Oak Grove, Ky., communities.

Exceptional health care is provided by a workforce of approximately 2,000 military, Department of the Army civilians, reservists and contractors.

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are new to the Fort Campbell area, one of your first stops should be to the TRICARE Service Center and enroll in TRICARE for this region to receive health care.

SCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS
To schedule or cancel an appointment from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., contact the Call Center at (270) 798-4677 or (931) 431-4677 from outside the local calling area call toll free (866) 524-4677. Please have the following information available when you call to make an appointment:
1. Sponsor's social security number,
2.Sponsor's unit and work telephone number,
3.Names and birth dates of Family members. Many appointments also may be made online at http://www.tricareonline.com.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call the appointment line and cancel as soon as possible. This may help another patient use your appointment time to receive needed medical care. To cancel an appointment during Call Center hours, please contact the Call Center at one of the phone numbers listed above. To cancel an appointment after hours, please call (270) 798-VOID and leave a message.
