Fort Leonard Wood is the station of choice for Soldiers, families and civilians.

GARRISON COMMAND
Garrison Command has more than 3,000 Soldiers, government civilians and contract personnel in its diverse work force. These dedicated people support the training mission of the installation, mobilize and deploy active and reserve component units and personnel, and operate and maintain the installation facilities and programs that ensure an excellent quality of life for assigned service personnel, civilians and their families. Garrison Command ensures all service members and their families have the facilities and services they need to be innovative and productive in their assignment and to fully enjoy their new home in the Heart of the Ozarks. DIRECTORATE OF HUMAN RESOURCES (DHR)
The Military Personnel Division (MPD) provides the Fort Leonard Wood community with the full spectrum of personnel services and support. The Di-vision consists of the Personnel Processing Branch, the Personnel Services Branch, the Personnel Operations Branch, the Trainee/Student Processing Branch, and the Army Transition Center. The Personnel Processing Branch (PPB) provides strength management, personnel systems, and transition support for permanent party Soldiers and Families assigned to Fort Leonard Wood. The Fort Leonard Wood Transition Center, which is part of PPB, provides retirement services and transition assistance under the Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP). The Personnel Services Branch provides several installation services. The Special Actions Team is responsible for congressional inquiries (573) 596 0135, Soldier Readiness Processing/mobilization/demobilization support (573) 596 7024, OCS applications and Soldier actions (573) 596-2667, and OCONUS Travel/TDY. The Personnel Operations Branch is responsible for the operation of the Fort Leonard Wood Casualty Assistance Center (CAC). The CAC has the critical and sensitive mission of operating all aspects of the casualty program over the Fort Leonard Wood Casualty Assistance Center's geographical areas of MO, IL, WI and UP of MI. This includes casualty reporting, notification and assistance; memorial and mortuary affairs; casualty training; and line of duty investigations.

The Trainee/Student Processing Branch provides human resources support for all initial entry trainees and students who are training at Fort Leonard Wood and satellite activities. Army Continuing Education Division
The Truman Education Center, in Building 499, offers educational opportunities for the community, including college classes, testing services, on-duty classes, computer-based instruction, educational counseling, English as a second language classes, GED Program and professional learning center services. Counselors assist soldiers using the computerized Tuition Assistance website to find courses and complete enrollment successfully.
Seven accredited colleges and universities offer more than 70 different undergraduate and graduate degree programs, all of which can be completed locally. Central Texas College, Columbia College, Drury University, Lincoln University, Park University, Missouri University of Science and Technology, and Webster University are all represented at Truman Education Center. Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)
The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) provides Prevention Training for the installation, Employee Assistance Program and Drug Test Program for military and civilians. The ASAP can be contacted at (573) 596-0938.

The FLW Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling Program, located in Building 470, offers drug and alcohol education, assessments and counseling services. The ASAP can be reached at (573) 596-0119.

Administrative Services Division (ASD)
The Administrative Services Division (ASD) supports the mission of the United States Army Maneuver Support Center and the Garrison Command by providing commanders, staffs, Soldiers, and civilians, timely support and guidance for all areas of ASD. A modified list of areas of support include: Official Mail and Distribution, Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, Records Management Service, installation forms and publications and office symbols. Voting Assistance Office
The Army Voting Assistance Office assists Service Members and their eligible dependents in filling out the forms to register and to request an absentee ballot from their state of legal residence. The office also provides assistance to the Unit Voting Assistant Officers. The Voting Assistance Office is located in Building 470, Room 2123 on Replacement Avenue. NETWORK ENTERPRISE CENTER (NEC)
On behalf of the 106th Signal Brigade Command Team, welcome to the Network Enterprise Center (NEC), 7th Signal Command at Fort Leonard Wood. The NEC is the single authority to deliver seamless enterprise level C4IM common user services in support of MSCoE and Fort Leonard Wood for the Army. The NEC installs, maintains and defends the information management resources to meet the installation core missions. The NEC is responsible for the security of all systems on the Army infrastructure. NEC operates the Video Teleconferencing Center (VTC) in MSCoE.

DIRECTORATE OF FAMILY AND MORALE, WELFARE AND RECREATION (DFMWR)
The Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) serves the needs, interests and responsibilities of each service member, family member, retiree, DoD civilian and contract employee with affordable programs and services designed to enhance the quality of their lives. Better Opportunities for Single Service Members (BOSS)
The Better Opportunities for Single Service Members (BOSS) Program is located in Building 1000, South Dakota Street, and supports the overall quality of single Service Members' lives on Fort Leonard Wood. The BOSS mission is to continually progress and improve the quality of life for single Service Members (bona fide bachelors, geographical bachelors and single parents) on Fort Leonard Wood. To provide and participate in social, recreational, and educational events, to participate in community service projects, to voice concerns and issues on quality of life and to be involved with leadership developing activities.

BOSS is a demonstration of the chain of command's commitment to single Service Members.

DIRECTORATE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES (DES)
The Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) is a values-based customer service organization that provides exceptional assistance, protection and emergency response capability to the Fort Leonard Wood community.

The Directorate of Emergency Services consists of the Fort Leonard Wood Provost Marshal's Office, the Fort Leonard Wood Fire Department and the Physical Safety Office.

The Fort Leonard Wood Fire Department protects those who train, work and live on Fort Leonard Wood through progressive public fire and life safety education; proactive fire prevention inspections and facility construction reviews; efficient fire suppression, rescue services and hazardous materials incident mitigation; and a readiness to respond to a weapons of mass destruction incident.

The Fort Leonard Wood Fire Department is consistently recognized for its professionalism and excellence and was selected as the Installation Manage-ment Command's Fire Department of the Year for 2005 (Large Category), and has the FY 2010 Fire Fighter of the Year.

The Fort Leonard Wood Physical Security Office is the proponent for access control, force protection, vehicle and weapons registration, physical security, and Arms Room inspections.

The Fort Leonard Wood Provost Marshal's Office conducts command and control and administrative oversight of law enforcement operations on Fort Leonard Wood and provides other services as required in the Fort Leonard Wood AR 5-9 area of responsibility (encompassing Missouri, parts of Illinois, Arkansas and Oklahoma.)

DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW)
The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) provides engineering services, infrastructure master planning, construction management, facility and utility design, unaccompanied personnel housing, utility system management, cultural and natural resource management, land management, environmental compliance programs and maintenance/repair services for the installation. DPW is also responsible for the repair of real-property facilities to include roofs, HVAC, plumbing, windows, doors, roads, sidewalks, utilities, grounds, railroads, bridges, parking lots and streets.

DIRECTORATE OF LOGISTICS
The Directorate of Logistics (DOL) provides base operation support to Soldiers by providing food, clothing, supplies, transportation, logistics planning and equipment repair.

To accomplish this mission, the Supply and Services Division operates post dining facilities, post laundry, clothing issue points, bulk petroleum, ammunition storage, the property book office and supply warehouses. A permanent party issue point at the Central Issue Facility, Building 2336, is available without appointment. The issue line is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., except holidays. Patrons need to bring a copy of their unit assignment orders and their military ID card.

The Transportation Division operates the post motor pool, unit movement, two post shuttle bus services, CTMC Sick-call Bus, Official express (mini-post shuttle), three locomotives over 21 miles of railroad track, provides travel services, passports, unit moves, movement and storage of household goods and shipment of overnight express and other freight items.

The Maintenance Division operates a consolidated maintenance complex that provides sustainment level and pass-back field-level maintenance for wea-pons, combat, construction, electronics, communication, tactical and non-tactical vehicles, furniture, canvas, chemical and support equipment. The division also provides maintenance assistance and instruction team services for all supported customers.

DIRECTORATE OF PLANS, ANALYSIS AND INTEGRATION (PAIO)
The Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) is the Garrison Commander's focal point for strategy and management planning. The PAIO provides oversight of assigned programs to Garrison directorates; conducts analytical reviews; directs Garrison process improvement initiatives; monitors Army baseline standards; actively seeks partnership development and regional growth opportunities; captures and enables implementation of best business practices; and identifies, tracks, and orchestrates reporting of performance measures to assess installation status.

The PAIO is also responsible for maintaining situational awareness of external influences and trends that may impact the Garrison, Installation, and Community.

DIRECTORATE OF PLANS, TRAINING, MOBILIZATION AND SECURITY (DPTMS)
The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) executes the installation's military training program in support of Garrison, tenant and satellite units, and Reserve Component units.

It also develops and executes all contingency plans necessary for rapid reaction to domestic emergencies, acts of terrorism and natural disasters associated with earthquakes and weather phenomena; executes the Garrison mobilization mission; oversees (when applicable) the direct management and operation of the Garrison's deployment operations, deployment facilities and power projection platforms (air, sea and rail).

DPTMS develops and executes all plans essential for the accomplishment of airfield operations; manages military training; and provides planned, ma-naged and synchronized execution of 222 different Programs of Instruction to train approximately 90,000 basic and advanced Engineer, Military Police, CBRN and Transportation Service Members annually.

DPTMS manages the Joint-use operations of Forney Army Airfield and the Waynesville - St. Robert Regional Airport at Forney Army Airfield. The Range Control Division is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and environmental stewardship of 38 ranges and 54,000 acres of training area.

DIRECTOR OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT COMMAND
The Directorate of Resource Management, Installation Management Command (DRM/IMCOM) obtains and manages the manpower and fiscal re-sources required to support Garrison Command and the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence goals in terms of base operations support for unit readiness and training, human needs, material modernization and future development.

The staff provides program management for—and assists and advises—headquarters, staff and units concerning budgeting, manpower, commercial activities, civilian pay, productivity improvement and program and management analysis, and provides coordination of Garrison concerns. CHAPLAIN'S OFFICE
The Installation Chaplain's Office, located in Building 6501, Pershing Elementary School on Indiana Avenue, coordinates all religious services and pro-grams for the Post. Religious Education is available for ages 4 through adult, and is overseen by a Director of Religious Education, (573) 596-0089. During business hours, the Family Life Center Chaplain can be reached at (573) 596-0088. Buddhist worship is held at 10 a.m. on Sundays, at the Central Iowa Chapel. Muslim worship for international students is held at Fridays at 1 p.m. in Building 6501, Pershing Elementary School.

The Installation offers Catholic Masses and times for communion services, religious education, sacraments of reconciliation and other devotions pertinent to Catholic worship and liturgy. Catholic activities include programs for Lay Eucharist Ministers, lectors, pre-marriage classes, Marriage Encounter, Youth Activities and Ladies' Guild.

Jewish Services are held at the Central Iowa Chapel—Friday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 10:15 a.m.—throughout the year, with special holiday celebrations and guest speakers.

Muslim worship/education for new Soldiers is held at 8 a.m. on Sundays, in the South Iowa Chapel Annex. Latter Day Saints services are held at 10 a.m. at Lieber Heights Chapel. There is shuttle pickup at North Iowa Chapel at 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays, for Seventh Day Adventist worship that takes place off post.

Protestant Chapel Services and programs include choir, religious education, parish council activities, Protestant Youth of the Chapel, Protestant Men of the Chapel and Protestant Women of the Chapel.

INTERNAL REVIEW OFFICE
The Internal Review Office provides internal review and other advisory services to the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood. We assist commanders by providing pertinent, timely and reliable information and advice.

The IR auditors analyze command data to evaluate risk, assess management controls, improve quality, economy and efficiency and foster stewardship. The IR staff can analyze the data through consulting efforts or quick response reviews.

Examples of review services include: assessments to ensure command resources are protected and maintained, evaluations to determine if efficient operating procedures are used, assessments to determine whether programs are achieving desired results, identifying factors inhibiting satisfactory performance or identifying ways of making programs work better.

IR is also the commanders' point of contact for external audit and compliance services. This includes keeping the command informed of all external audits and processing draft and final audit reports. The IR staff also performs reviews to ensure recommendations are implemented.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICE (PAO)
The Public Affairs Office (PAO) director is advisor to the commander and staff concerning strategic communication, as well as serving as the Com-manding General's release authority for information going to any public medium. The office maintains and enhances the strategic alliance and partnership between the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood customers and stakeholders, and facilitates effective installation support of community events and projects.

The Public Affairs team works with regional state, national and international media. The PAO also disseminates news and information to military and civilian audiences on- and off-post; arranges Army support for community events throughout Missouri; advises the command of all aspects of relations with off-post communities; and serves as a link between the post and regional, state and national business, civic, political and military organizations.

CIVILIAN PERSONNEL ADVISORY CENTER (CPAC)
The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) provides a first class team of motivated human resource professionals who provide customer defined top quality service to our community. CPAC develops and delivers a customer focus management-owned human resources program that attracts, develops and retains a diverse and a highly competent workforce. CPAC partners with managers in accomplishing the mission by insuring the civilian workforce is highly trained, motivated, well-informed and fairly treated. They set and exemplify standards for human resource management excellence in such areas as: employment, benefits, training, job classification, performance management, employee and labor relations.

DIRECTORATE OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY PROGRAMS (EOP)
The Directorate of Equal Opportunity Programs (EOP) provides advice and assistance to commanders, directors and other management officials as well as to Soldiers, civilian employees and applicants for employment, to ensure fair and equal treatment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, gender (sex), age, mental or physical disability, Genetic Information and reprisal based on previous participation in an EEO action or for opposing any practice made unlawful by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act or the Rehabilitation Act. The EOP participates in the celebration of ethnic observances through installation EO Advisors, along with the collateral duty Special Emphasis Pro-gram Managers (SEPMs) and committee members assisting installation EO Advisors with the scheduled programs. EOP, with the assistance of EOA, collateral duty SEPMs and an ad hoc committee, analyzes and monitors workforce statistics as they relate to women, minorities and employees with dis-abilities and prepares the Federal Agency Annual EEO/EO Program Status Report for submission to the EEOC. EOP manages and administers the EEO/EO discrimination complaint process regarding allegations of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender (sex), age, mental or physical disability, Genetic Information and reprisal.
