As an integral part of the world's most respected air and space force, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center provides combat capabilities for Department of Defense warfighters and those of our allied nations by maintaining and sustaining more than 200 weapon systems and deploying combat-ready forces. It is one of three air logistics centers in the U.S. Air Force, and it supports the goals and objectives of Air Force Materiel Command, the Air Force, and the Department of Defense.
The center provides various aspects of cradle-to-grave weapon systems management and sustainment, and integrated logistics support for an assortment of USAF fighter, airlift, reconnaissance, special operations, and combat search and rescue aircraft. Similar support is provided for avionics, missiles, and vehicles of various types. The center also conducts maintenance of various Air Force, DoD and allied electronic warfare systems and software.
The center manages more than 200,000 items that represent the full range of avionics functions and technology. These include aerospace communications and navigation equipment, airborne munitions and gun directing systems, target acquisition systems, and all airborne electronic warfare equipment. Civilian, military and contractor employees repair modify and overhaul assigned systems.
WR-ALC is part of Air Force Materiel Command headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. AFMC is dedicated to the delivery of war- winning technology, acquisition support, sustainment and expeditionary capabilities to the warfighter.
