In-processing at Fort Riley/1st
Replacement Company
All in-processing Soldiers must sign in at the 1st Replacement Company, except for the following units: MEDDAC, DENTAC, CID, 3rd Brigade, 75th Div. (TS) and mobilized reservists. 1st Replacement Company is on Main Post, in Bldg. 208, Custer Ave., next door to the Central Processing Center, and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays. If signing in Monday through Friday during duty hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the uniform is ACUs. The telephone number for 1st Replacement Company is 785-239- 2119, 24 hours a day. Additional telephone numbers are: 785-239-8332 / 8302 / 3223. Soldiers should sign in with the following in their possession: a copy of DA Form 31 (Leave Request), assignment orders, health and dental records, and Military Personnel Records Jacket (MPRJ).

ID Cards/DEERS
The ID Card Branch is now located at Bldg. 212 Custer Ave., on Main Post, in the basement, Room B-001. Call 785-239-3654, or 785- 239-3698 to schedule an appointment. Normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for walk-ins. From 4 to 5 p.m., appointments are reserved.  The ID Card Branch may be closed to the public due to mobilization and demobilization, so please call to ensure the office is open.

Scheduling an appointment by calling ahead will ensure you are seen in a timely manner. Handicapped parking and access to Bldg. 212: parking for people with disabilities is behind Bldg. 212. To get to the parking area, turn into the parking area between Bldgs. 208 and 210, then drive behind Bldg. 210, Custer Ave., to the back of Bldg. 212. Designated parking spaces are on your left.  Wheelchair access to Bldg. 212 is through the left entrance under the center balcony. The ID Card/DEERS section is at basement level, immediately on your left.

Vehicle Registration
The Vehicle Registration Office is located at Marshall Army Airfield gate. Authorized customers may register their vehicles Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Phone numbers are 785-239-3884 or 785- 239-3426.

Permanent registration of privately owned vehicles of active duty military assigned to Fort Riley, DoD/DA civilian employees employed on Fort Riley, military retirees living in the geographical area of Fort Riley, and others as authorized by the garrison commander including selected contract employees, friends of Fort Riley and employees of businesses located on Fort Riley. Additionally, temporary long-term passes may be issued to individuals TDY, Reserve and National Guard members temporarily assigned to Fort Riley for annual training or mobilization, contract employees not authorized permanent registration and other visitors to Fort Riley.

The following listed documents must be presented at the time of registration:
• Valid Identification
• Military or Civilian Identification to verify status
• Valid State Driver's License
• Current State Vehicle Registration - newly purchased vehicles may be registered with the proper proof of purchase and registration
• Proof of Liability Insurance - Automobile Insurance Identification Card
• Additional requirements for permanent installation motorcycle registration
• Proper motorcycle endorsement on driver's license, if required by state issuing the license
• Proof of completion of a DA approved Motorcycle Safety Course (applicable to active duty military, their family members, DoD civilians and contractor employees only)
