1st Lieutenant J. Robert Kalsu Replacement Company
All Soldiers arriving to Fort Campbell must sign in at the 1st Lieutenant J. Robert Kalsu Replacement Company with the following forms: DA form 31, PCS orders, personnel file (201), medical records, and dental records. The replacement company is located in Building 6916 on the corner of 34th Street and Desert Storm Avenue. Soldiers reporting between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. must be dressed in Army Combat Uniform or Battle Dress Uniform. Replacement company cadre will coordinate in-processing, and billeting will be provided for single Soldiers below the rank of sergeant. Soldiers accompanied by their families and Soldiers above the rank of sergeant are authorized billeting in the Turner Guest House on a space-available basis. If you are authorized permissive TDY, you must report to the housing office on the day your permissive TDY begins with your DA Form 31, to be signed onto permissive TDY. Installation Transportation Office

The transportation office processes personal property shipments for Soldiers and families moving into or out of the counties surrounding Fort Campbell. Once orders are obtained, please contact the office as soon as possible. You may visit the Web site at www.campbell.army.mil/itd/index.htm to obtain further information including informational pamphlets. The office is located at 7170 H Ave. It is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., closed for lunch daily, 11:30 a.m. to noon. For more information, call (270) 798-7151.

In- and Out-Processing
The In- and Out-Processing Office is located at 2577A Screaming Eagle Blvd., Rooms 116A and B. All in-processing Soldiers will be given an appointment for this office through the Kalsu Replacement Detachment. Out-processing hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., unless there is a holiday or a day of nonscheduled activities. For more information, call (270) 798-5813.

Army Lodging
Fort Campbell Army Lodging consists of 218 rooms in two main facilities—Turner Army Lodging and Richardson Army Lodging. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. They also feature telephones with data ports for computer access and laundry facilities provided at no cost. Both facilities are open to all ranks and grades. Pets are not permitted. Advance reservations for PCS or TDY travel are permitted up to 90 days out. All other reservations may be made no more than 14 days in advance. Turner Army Lodging is located just inside Gate 4 on Texas Avenue. The facility is open 24 hours a day and includes 135 rooms. Richardson Army Lodging is located just inside Gate 1 on William C. Fort Campbell Family Housing
Soldiers who have one or more eligible family members living with them may apply for Fort Campbell Family Housing. To apply, visit Building 850, located on the corner of Georgia Avenue and 16th Street. Call the main office at (931) 431-9003 to determine what paperwork is needed to determine eligibility for housing.

Once eligibility has been determined, a wait length to reside on Fort Campbell will be estimated. The hours of operation for the main office and the community offices are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Housing does not accept advanced housing applications. A Soldier can apply for on-post housing while on leave or TDY in route. You must apply in person at the housing office. Visit www.ftcampbellfh.com for all of your on post housing needs.

Fort Campbell Housing Areas:
• Cole Park is located in a wooded area near Gate 1 and consists of 22 homes including two Historic homes for General Officers and 20 homes for Colonels. • Located just inside Gate 2, New Drennan Park and Drennan Park consist of 155 three- and four-bedroom homes for Company Grade, Field Grade and Senior NCOs. The community office is located at 1534A Bastogne Ave., and the phone number is (931) 431-2726.

• Located just inside Gate 10, Gardner Hills consists of 319 Junior NCO homes of various sizes. The community office is located at 7372B Dexter Ave., and the phone number is (931) 431-2749.

• Hammond Heights neighborhood consists of 465 two-, three- and four-bedroom twostory homes and 362 two- and threebedroom one-story homes delegated for Enlisted, Junior NCOs and Senior NCOs and are adjacent to Wassom Middle School and the old hospital area. • Located next to the golf course inside Gate 1, Harper Village consists of 80 singlefamily four-bedroom homes for Key, Essential and Field Grade Officers. The community office is located at 1534A Bastogne Ave., and the phone number is (931) 431-2726.

• Located between Pierce Village and Campbell Army Airfield, LaPointe Village consists of 250 two-bedroom homes for Enlisted Soldiers. The community office is located at 4199 Morgan Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2730.

• Lee Park consists of 226 brand new threeand four-bedroom homes for Junior NCOs. The neighborhood is located near Gate 6. The community office is located at 4199 Morgan Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2730.

• Located near Gate 6 and Lincoln Elementary School, Lee Village consists of 404 two-story, one-, two-, three-, and fourbedroom homes for Enlisted Soldiers. The community office is located at 4199 Morgan Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2730.

• Pierce Village consists of 630 two-story town homes, ranging in size from three- to five-bedrooms for Junior NCOs and Enlisted Soldiers. This neighborhood is located north of and adjacent to Lee Village. The community office is located at 4199 Morgan Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2730.

• Located near Gate 6, Barker Court includes 48 four-bedroom homes for all Sergeant Majors and one four-bedroom home for the Division Command Sergeant Major. The community office is located at 3057B Forrest Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2730.

• Stryker Village consists of 230 threebedroom single-story duplex homes for Junior NCOs and Enlisted Soldiers. This neighborhood is located between Gates 3 and 4. The community office is located at 512A Lawrence Circle, and the phone number is (931) 431-2751.

• Located near Gate 5 and Wassom Middle School, Summers Park consists of 90 brand new three- and four-bedroom homes for Junior NCOs. The community office is located at 3057B Forrest Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2305.

• Village Commons at Hammond Heights is an 8,400 square foot community center containing Starbucks, community offices, meeting rooms, a great room and a fitness center. Surrounding the community center are major amenities including an amphitheater for outdoor events, a Boundless Playground, skate park and a splash park. • Zahn Park consists of 64 three- and fourbedroom homes for Junior NCOs. It is located near Gate 5. The community office is located at 3057B Forrest Road, and the phone number is (931) 431-2305.

Off-Post Housing
Housing Services Office (HSO)
Military Personnel should report to the HSO to receive housing counseling prior to entering an agreement to obtain off-post housing. The HSO provides assistance in acquiring off-post rental housing, tenant/landlord complaint mediation, pre-occupancy adequacy inspections, as well as assistance with home purchasing and selling. All bachelor officers and senior enlisted bachelor personnel above the rank of Staff Sergeant will reside off post.

The HSO can also assist our Soldiers and their Family members with registration on the Automated Housing Referral Network for rental assistance and home purchasing and selling. Additionally, the HSO Staff strongly encourages those who are new to the Fort Campbell Community to visit the Housing Office and let them assist you with your individual home-finding needs.

Soldiers on permissive TDY for homefinding purposes in conjunction with PCS must report to the HSO to receive a housing stamp and date on their DA 31 leave form on the first day of permissive TDY. Soldiers who fail to do so will be charged regular annual leave by the finance office.

Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH)
It is mandatory for single Service Members through the rank of sergeant (E-5) without dependents to reside on post in UPH. Each unit commander is responsible for assigning Service Members to their UPH units. Exceptions to this policy must come from the unit commander. Service Members who are geographically separated from their families are not authorized to live in the single Service Members' UPH.

Single Service Members staff sergeant (E-6) and above are required to live off post. Staff sergeants and above without dependents are authorized to draw Basic Housing Allowance (BAH) without dependent rate. Soldiers in this category are not required to apply for a Certificate of Non-Availability.

There are no Senior Enlisted Quarters (SEQ) or Officer Quarters (OQ) housing units on post. The HSO maintains listings of available apartments/houses for rent or purchase off post. Contact the HSO at (270) 798-3808, DSN 635-3808 for further information.

Child, Youth and School Services Central Enrollment and Registration is located at 5668 Wickham Ave. and is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This office registers children for Child, Youth and School Services programs. For more information, call (270) 956-1722 or (270) 798-0674.

Child Development Centers
Fort Campbell has two nationally-accredited child development centers, each providing full day care and before- and after-preschool for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age.

Watters Child Development Center #1, 3071, located on the corner of 35th Street and Bastogne Avenue, is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call (270) 439-7993.

Watters Child Development Center #2, 3069, located on the corner of 35th Street and Bastogne Avenue, is open Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Effective June 2007, Watters CDC #2 will be in three temporary locations until further notice. The interim phone numbers are:

Family Child Care
Family Child Care (FCC) is provided in certified homes both on- and off-post to children ranging in ages from one-month to 12 years old. Hourly care may be available in some homes. Full-time and part-time care options are available. The homes also provide extended care on a case-by-case basis. School Age Services
School Age Services (SAS) provides beforeand after-school care for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Held at each of the on-post elementary schools and the Taylor Youth Center, SAS also provides full-time care when school is not in session (snow days, inservice days, summer and spring break). SAS also services off-post schools including Barker's Mill, Glenellen, Hazelwood, Kenwood, Minglewood, Northeast and Ringgold. Youth Services Programs
Individual and team sports are available for youth ages four to 18 through Youth Sports and Fitness located in the Taylor Youth Center. Middle school students can also participate in the Eagles Club Monday through Friday at the center. They are affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of America and the Kentucky 4-H Club. Teen Club 24/7
High School students can participate in the Teen Club 24/7 located at 2577-B Kentucky Ave. It is open Tuesday through Thursday, 2 to 8 p.m.; Friday, 3:30 to 11:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 6 to 11:30 p.m. They are affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of America and the Kentucky 4-H Club. SKIESUnlimited
SKIESUnlimited represents the Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration and Skills with the word "Unlimited" for the unlimited possibilities this program offers Army children and youth. SKIESUnlimited encompasses instructional programs for children and youth ranging from 4 weeks to adolescence. They provide instructional classes for gymnastics, martial arts, dance, Kindermusik, piano, foreign languages, quilting and various other interests.
